お昼から #てるふく のお肉カット。怒涛のお肉仕事スタートです！こちらはサーロイン。スジをしっかり引いてステーキカットします。数えで17歳の大ばっこぉ(お婆さん牛)ですが、その年齢を感じないくらい肉肌が柔らかい。肉色も素敵。お肉って素敵だ。 #但馬牛 #たなちく
